		<description>Excellent and thorough advice. I&#039;ve never been offered a buyout - just 3 weeks pay, a recommendation and unemployment. With all of my job hopping, I wouldn&#039;t qualify for much of a buyout. I have to plot my exit at the first signs of an employers financial hardship.
