Coupons are great!
I recently found that I could make a cook ahead breakfast that was pretty good and relatively cheap:
1 lb chicken tenders ($4 on sale)
1 jar salsa ($2.00 on sale)
6 premade buttermilk biscuits ($3.00)
gracefull arrange chicken tenders in casserole dish.
Dump jar of salsa on top.
Mush the gracefully arranged chicken tenders around to coat somewhat evenly.
Cook till chicken is done.
individually freeze 6 portions. Serve each portion reheated on top of biscuit.
Cost – $1.50 per serving
