There is a Latin Art/Dance party tonight at Pangaea nightclub at the Seminole Hard Rock, near Hollywood. Free champagne or mojitos until midnight. The bash is hosted by Cuban exile painter Carlos Luna. Luna is showing at the Museum of Art in Fort Lauderdale. The party is from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

just wanted to keep you posted- i’ve been good about being frugal and i finally found a job. woo hoo! while gas prices have gone down, i’m finding that grocery prices are still pretty steep. even buying items on sale, my husband and i are still spending approximately $500 per month on groceries. we’re both happy to be eating healthy and we’re conscientious about low sodium intake. but boy, our wallets are shrinking.
