Actually, I spent money when I planned not to this weekend. A friend called me up when she realized that a yarn brand I like was being discontinued, so I picked some up.
I also bought 2 pair of shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that I can wear with dresses for work. I had foot surgery done a few years back, and find that my best bet are Birk’s, but those don’t look so nice with most of my dresses!
Well, yeah, I was bad, but I’m still pleased with what I got!

Hey Tammy! Great suggestions. And don’t forget to get a slip from Goodwill detailing how much the clothing you donated is worth. It’s a tax write off. Today, I went to spin class at the gym. I’d rather be burning calories than cash!

Instead of shopping (spending) I’m working on listing on craigslist.org.(create income) I’m also cleaning out my closet to donate to Goodwill. Using leaves and cool branches and fall seed pods to create neat arrangements for my house. I love the frugalista!
