The No-Buy Month Countdown!

by frugalista on February 27, 2009

Yippee! Today and tomorrow, and then it's a wrap! I love No-Buy Month. Really, it's my thing. HOWEVER! Is it a crime to get a professional blow out? Is it a crime? I think not! Sorry, but my hair has had a bit of an attitude this week, and I want someone to whip it into shape for me! I digress.

I'm proud of everyone for joining in. Please remember to check me out at 9:15 a.m on Saturday on CNN. You get to see me in my natural habitat! I can't wait.

xoxo,
Fruggie

I actually avoided many unnecessary purchases this month. Thanks for leading the way Frugalista!

Yay!
I did buy:
Three books at Goodwill for my son to take to a birthday party
A pair of brand-new Goodwill Levi’s jeans
But I had a gift card.
Thanks for the challenge! It was so easy.

Congratulations on making it through! That’s an accomplishment, and you can at least say that you did it, even if it doesn’t lead to be something you want to do NEXT month. =) It also shows that people can actually save money to put toward their futures (investments, annuities, savings, etc.) if they can foster the discipline.
