Greetings, Frugalistas. I'm a pretty open-minded person, but I am riled up after reading about the Baby Bangs! Hair+ Band for infants. Baby Bangs! is basically a toupee for girls who wear diapers. If you don't like your baby's bald head or her hair texture, you can purchase Baby Bangs! for $29.95 and your spawn will have a full head of commercial-ready hair.
From the company's website:
At Baby Bangs! we believe in the beauty of childhood. Our unique designs are sprinkled with MAGIC! ~inspiring a world of whimsical wonder and mystical magical memorable moments for you and your baby girl to cherish Forever! For she is, and always will be,
Your LiTTLe PRINCESS!
I don't care if you're a millionaire, spending $29.95 on a hair piece for someone who can't even USE a comb or say the word "RUG" is shocking. I have concerns about parents spending their dollars on The Hair Club for Babies.
Let's hear it! Thoughts? Does this product provide a service for image-conscious babies? Should parents spend their money on hair pieces for babies? Have you used the product? How did it turn out for your little princess?
Thanks to Citizen Mom for informing me about this!
