Gracious! I wanted to alert you to a trend going on in the restaurant industry: fees for formerly free snacks and food.
Some restaurants are charging $3 for bread or $2 for butter. WTH?!! I'm shocked and outraged. I rarely eat restaurant bread, but I'm still vexed that an establishment would charge.
Have you noticed this trend? Do you think it's fair to charge for bread, water and butter? Have consumers been "getting over" by not paying for the freebies. Are restaurants shady and greedy?
