The Federal Trade Commission is warning homeowners who are facing foreclosures to be wary of shady companies.
There are rogue companies who are ripping off money from homeowners who defaulted on their mortgages. Here's a video you should watch if you are facing foreclosure or you know someone who is dealing with it.
