Hey girl, I started last night. :) I cooked breakfast for dinner last night, cheese grits, scrambled eggs, grilled turkey sausage and toast. My challenge with be particularly hard for me because I have given up fried foods for Lent.
This week is sure to be an adventure. I'm not sure what's for breakfast yet, but it will likely be a bowl of cereal and a banana. Lunch will likely be a turkey sammich and some soup and dinner I haven't quite decided on. I have a roast I seasoned last night, so I may cook it today.
Either way, thanks for the challenge. I've been eating out way too much lately.
