Unemployed and underwater homeowners in Florida, Michigan, California and Arizona may get a piece of $1.4 billion the Obama administration is sending their way to help avoid foreclosure, according to CNN Money.

I live in Florida and I know how bad foreclosures are down here. There are plenty of people in need.
