Talk about a trashy shoe! Christian Louboutin, brand favorite of sexy celebs like Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and even rapper Trina, has created some shoes that go way more “creative” than his custom red-bottom soles. For a mere $1,095 you can get the Christian Louboutin Ecotrash Platform Slingback. These bad boys are a six-inch heeled, peep-toe wonder made out of paper scraps as well as fabric.
I’m all for repurposing and living green. However, I cannot help Mr. Louboutin’s efforts this time. Maybe I’ll take up an arts and crafts project at home. I’m sure I have some Kenneth Cole or some Tahari heels that I can paste some old post it notes on! I promise the Natalian McNealatin heels won’t cost a semester at a community college! I care!
I secretly wonder if the reason he made this shoe is to off set the cost of donating shoes to Kim Kardashian’s wedding?

I love shoes but not enough to pay $1,000 + bucks. I do not like these eco inspired heels, they look a mess to me me. It looks like a person was walking in the street and garbage was flying and got stuck to the shoe. They will have to try again, because this look isn’t working!

We all know she was lip-syncing, but does it make sense for her to have on a head-mic, and then get interviewed with a hand-mic?? Why have a mic on in the first place…

Those shoes really deserve their name: they look so trashy! Anyway I think Louboutins are not worth the price, I have bought expensive shoes, like $500 and such but $1000? No way! I have heard Louboutins are horrible to walk with, poor celebrity feet!
