I have just finished my first "no buy" & did pretty good. Scary thing is that I was spending in excess of $2000.00 of our monthly income on stuff I could not afford! I have no choice now but to get with reality & stop accumulating debt (means lot's of "no buy" months in my future) & eventually start paying down my mountain of debt. Thanks for inspiring me! While I do not want to do exactly what he does, I did take to heart some of ideas he advocated. I think the Challenge could work well with your no buy month.
